1. Booking and Payment

All tour bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled 15 days prior to the scheduled travel date. Please note that failure to pay the balance on time may unfortunately result in the cancellation of your booking without further notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations involve charges based on the proximity to the departure date. These charges are necessary to cover costs already incurred for your tour arrangements.

• 60 days or more prior to departure: Only the initial deposit is forfeited.
• 30-59 days prior to departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour price will be charged, meaning no refund will be provided.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, security concerns), in which case a full refund will be offered to the client.

3. Liabilities

Ansh Travel acts solely as an agent arranging travel services (like transport, lodging) provided by third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage to personal belongings, injury, or death that may occur during the tour. We strongly advise all guests to secure their own comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.

4. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to adhere strictly to the published itinerary, the company reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary, transportation, or accommodation details without prior notice. Any such changes will only be made if deemed necessary to ensure the safety, security, and overall success of the tour.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura.
